Dr. M. Parkhani (Mo)

Dr. Parkhani obtained his Doctorate and Bachelors of Pharmacy degree from University of Waterloo - School of Pharmacy. Prior to starting Pharmacy school, Mudassar completed his Honors. Bachelor of Science (Double Major in Human Biology and Zoology) from University of Toronto. He is certified in motivational interviewing, smoking cessation and immunizations. Moreover, he is working towards getting this travel health certification.

Health is a continuum that not only involves diagnosis and treatment but also health promotion and prevention. Dr. Parkhani brings in a plethora of knowledge and experiences from different pharmacy practice settings -- hospital, industry and community pharmacy alike. He completed his clinical pharmacy training at the Brantford General Hospital - Ontario. He has a keen interest in primary prevention, identifying gaps in patients therapy and optimizing individualized medication regimens for his patients. He is actively involved in the design and implementation of evidence based screening and treatment programs for a variety of disease states.

Mudassar also fulfills his roles in various Academic positions, from being a board member for the University of Waterloo Admissions Council and a preceptor for student pharmacists completing advanced pharmacy practice rotations. Mudassar is an active member of the Ontario College of Pharmacists and Ontario Pharmacists Association. . He looks forward to getting to know our patients so that he can provide them with the best care possible

Melbin Joseph

Melbin Joseph is a Registered Pharmacy Technician who is currently licensed with Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP). He graduated from Fleming College, Peterborough in 2018 by obtaining a Pharmacy Technician Diploma.

He worked at different community pharmacies across Ontario and Nova Scotia.
He is excited to serve the Midland community as a pharmacy Manager at Midland optimal Pharmacy with the Georgian Winds team. He is determined to achieve career excellence.
He currently lives in Barrie and he has family in Kerala, India. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, boating and hiking.
